- Solar-Powered Carding Machine Carding is a key step in wool processing where fibers are disentangled, cleaned, and aligned for spinning or felting. Traditionally manual or power-intensive, Conserve India’s solar-powered carding machine offers a compact, clean-energy alternative. Powered entirely by solar energy, this machine increases productivity, eliminates dependence on electricity or fossil fuels, and includes a built-in waste collection system to ensure efficient, clean operation. Its portable and adjustable design supports use across different wool types and rural settings, offering flexibility, speed control, and ease of maintenance.
- Solar-Powered Scouring Machine Wool scouring—the removal of dirt, grease, and plant matter from raw wool—is typically resource-heavy, consuming large volumes of water and energy. Conserve India’s solar-powered scouring machine offers a compact, energy-efficient, and sustainable solution. It runs entirely on solar energy and integrates a water recycling system, dramatically reducing both operational costs and environmental impact. Designed for small-scale processors, the machine is portable, durable, and optimized for use in decentralised, off-grid contexts. It enables consistent wool cleaning while conserving up to 80% of water and eliminating carbon emissions.
